The Clothes Didn't.
I played college golf at the Division I level. I loved it, and spent four years in clothes that never once felt like me. Then I stepped away for a while, the way a lot of women do, and when I came back I was genuinely thrilled by how much the game had grown. More women on the course. More energy. More reason to be there.
Then I went shopping.
Everything still looked the way it looked a decade ago: dated, over-technical, or clearly designed with someone else in mind. The sport had moved on and the apparel hadn't. That gap is the entire reason Scord exists.

Every piece is built to actually play in. Quick-dry fabric, four-way stretch, a liner short sewn into every skirt, and a separate liner short with every dress. Technical where it counts, quiet everywhere else.

The round ends and the day keeps going. Our pieces move from the first tee to the patio table with no outfit change, and without announcing that you just played eighteen.

I didn't start this because I wanted to run a clothing brand. I started it because I got tired of waiting for someone else to make the thing I wanted to wear.
Our first pieces were graphic tees. We pre-ordered them so nobody had to gamble on sizing and nothing sold out before you had a shot. That funded the next step.
Collection 01 took almost a year: months of research, a full-time design team, and four full rounds of sampling before anything was ready to sell. The first polo came back too tight. We re-cut it. Revision after revision, until every piece was ready. What you can buy today is the version that finally felt like Scord.
We're still small, and I'm still figuring parts of this out in public. But I'd rather build it honestly and a little slowly than pretend we're further along than we are. You're early, and I'm so glad you're here.

We've been building this out loud from the very beginning: the samples that missed, the fits we fixed, the first time we saw the collection on real people.
